Which audio files can I use?

Why does the deep or chipmunk effect change the clip length?
Those effects change playback speed to move the pitch without sending audio to a server. Deep voice becomes longer, while chipmunk becomes shorter.
Can I use the changed voice commercially?
You can download the processed WAV, but you remain responsible for permission to record the speaker and for any rights attached to uploaded audio.
